If you’ve been asleep for the past few days and thought that Jason Kidd was still the coach of the Brooklyn Nets, well, he’s not. The Nets and Kidd parted ways after one season and a few days later, Jason Kidd is the new head coach of the Milwaukee Bucks. Wait..you now remember that Larry Drew was the head coach of the Bucks? Well, the Bucks fired Larry Drew, without really telling him what was going on. Great job Milwaukee. Someone get Jabari Parker on line one and get his opinion on this whole fiasco.

Jason Kidd has his introductory presser for the Milwaukee Bucks today and it was an epic failure. The biggest surprise was no one pressed Kidd to say the name: Giannis Antetokounmpo. In the entire presser — which lasted less than 20 minutes — Kidd said Ersan İlyasova’s name more than his former team, the Brooklyn Nets.

Kidd had his Neo powers enabled as he dodged every question like that had anything to do with the Brooklyn Nets. Perhaps Kidd made the smart choice by taking his talents to Milwaukee. The Bucks are a small market team and the reporters asked small market questions. When Kidd ducked the questions about the Nets, there was no pressing from any of the reporters to talk about the Nets. The Nets should have flown Frank Isola to Milwaukee to really get to the bottom of this ordeal.

With Jason Kidd entrenched as the new coach of the Milwaukee Bucks, it’s entirely possible to despise a team that has Giannis Antetokounmpo on it’s roster. Someone better build a journalism school in Milwaukee, because the reporters need some work.
