Will LeBron James make his highly-anticipated decision before this weekend or will it drag out to next week?

After spending the day together at the LeBron James Skills Academy in Las Vegas, King James and Dwyane Wade flew back to Miami on Thursday night. James was then planning on flying to Brazil on behalf of Nike to witness the 2014 FIFA World Cup final between Argentina and Germany on Sunday.

However, according to a report, the Thursday’s trip from Vegas to Miami shouldn’t signal James’s decision of where he’ll play next season.

Video from local WPLG-Miami captured James and Wade chatting by a charter plane, before shaking hands, embracing, and getting into a van, upon their arrival on Thursday night.

This comes one day after James’s agent, Rich Paul, reportedly met with Heat president Pat Riley and general manager Andy Elisburg in Miami on Wednesday.

By all reports, King James’s former team, the Cleveland Cavaliers, are the Heat’s top competition to extract the NBA superstar and two-time champion’s talents out of South Beach and back to the Cavs. However, Cavs owner Dan Gilbert’s scathing letter to James after he left Cleveland for Miami in 2010 reportedly still irks LeBron, despite the franchise removing the letter from their official website earlier this week.

All this being said, will James make his decision known in the window between Miami and Brazil or will we have to wait until sometime next week? Ahh, the unfolding drama of the impending Decision 2.0.
