The Houston Rockets have finally made their big free agent splash. It wasn’t Carmelo Anthony or Chris Bosh, but the Rockets big signing comes in the form of Trevor Ariza. The 6’8″ forward has signed a four-year, $32 million deal with the Rockets.
Ariza was the piece next to John Wall and Bradley Beal that was responsible for the Wizards second-round playoff run. Ariza averaged 14.4 points and 6.2 rebounds, shooting 46 percent from the field and 41 percent from deep. With the Mavericks signing Chandler Parsons to an offer sheet earlier this week, it almost appears that Parsons days in Houston are over, however that hasn’t completely come to fruition yet.
With a 4-year, $32M agreement for free agent Trevor Ariza, Houston could still match offer sheet for Chandler Parsons, source tells Yahoo.

Stay tuned to find out whether the Rockets will match the offer sheet for Chandler Parsons or not. The Rockets have 24 hours to match the sheet.
